Who Can Join PAJustice
Membership in PAJustice is available – and invaluable – to any person who is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; is engaged in representing litigants; and is committed and devoted to the concept of a fair trial, the adversary system, and a just result for all litigants, the accused, and those whose rights are jeopardized.
Out-of-State Attorney: Must meet criteria cited above, but is licensed to practice law in another state. Primary office and mailing address must be outside of Pennsylvania.
Judicial Law Clerk: A graduate of a law school who is engaged full-time as a clerk to a judge may join at NO COST. The Judge's name, court & mailing address must be provided on application.
Law Student: A full-time student at a law school who is interested in practicing plaintiff's personal injury law can become a member for FREE. The law school name must be provided on application. Paralegal: An employee of a law firm or law department (full-time) and an auxiliary to the practice of law which is consistent with the objectives of this Association. Note that consultants and experts do not qualify under this category.
“I think PAJustice membership is the best value available to any trial lawyer in the state – because of the resources, because of the access to expertise, and the knowledge that is readily available on case strategies, case mechanics, and expert witnesses.”
