Advocacy That Works for You
In the Capitol, the PAJustice legislative staff works the halls of power relentlessly in order to keep courtroom doors open for all Pennsylvanians, and keep the full range of their Seventh Amendment constitutional rights.
To do so – and to protect the financial future of the plaintiffs’ attorney profession – PAJustice deploys a comprehensive legislative advocacy program carried out on multiple fronts to battle the special interests that undermine citizens’ rights.
Our bipartisan political action committee, LawPAC, one of the nation’s first trial lawyer PACs, supports candidates who embrace civil justice and consumer protection.
Our volunteer Amicus Curiae committee writes expert briefs essential to supporting the rights of plaintiffs.
Our Harrisburg team monitors thousands of bills introduced each session. They identify which are designed to strip away our rights – no matter how small – and work with elected representatives to develop proactive legislation to protect injured consumers.
The PAJustice legislative advocacy program doesn’t exist without the support and participation of our membership. Not only by contributing to LawPAC monthly but also by educating the public and media about issues that affect civil justice, utilizing the communications tools we make available to members.
It is advocacy that works for you, your clients, and your future.
