A forensic expert is a valuable asset to attorneys and their clients to determine the nature and cause of an accident, failure, or injury.  Throughout the process of working with a forensic expert, it is important to keep the lines of communication open and make certain your experts have been provided the available information necessary to complete their work in an effective manner and to thereby assure that their opinions have been made to a reasonable degree of certainty.  This webinar will discuss working with an expert witness from the beginning of the process (finding the appropriate expert) to the end (report or testimony) and will be from the perspective of both the expert witness and the paralegal.  The goal of the webinar is to help experts and paralegals understand each other’s portion of the process, to make working with an expert an uncomplicated experience, and to make the resulting work product of the expert beneficial in helping to resolve a matter.

Topics Include:
- What to look for in a Forensic Expert
- Securing a Forensic Expert
- Case Budgets
- Forensic Expert Witness Checklist
- Reviewing Records, Performing Investigations, and Preparing a Report
- Testimony
- And Much More!
