Reptile in Practice

A 3-credit course for PAJ Plaintiff Members Only

The faculty members analyze the process of preparing opening and closing arguments, and they review the law that supports the Reptile approach to litigation.  The program has three segments:

·        Black letter law supporting the Reptile approach

·        The Reptile approach to opening statements

·        The Reptile approach to closing arguments

Carin A. O'Donnell, Esq., Stark & Stark, Yardley, PA

Their approach turns even the worst jurors into your allies and has tilted the playing field in favor of plaintiffs. They introduce you to the Reptile method so you can join the revolution that is taking the courtroom back from the insurers, chambers of commerce, and corporations.
